@OkcoinHelpDesk @hfangca @Okcoin I submitted a ticket and the support rep blamed me for the problem without checking on the issue, which still exists for every token. When I try to withdraw them, it says my balance is still pending.

@Peloozoid @pennsteric @jasonklau @hfangca @muneeb @xverse Happy to provide more info. The reason the redemption failed is due to node upgrade. The team is working on the upgrade now and will try to redeem again. Once everything is resolved, we will provide an update here.

@Okcoin @pennsteric @jasonklau @hfangca This is better than your first attempt, but still a non-answer. Apparently, according to @muneeb , the protocol not only allows it, but more or less forces it. The same impression I got from @xverse informing on the same issue. Please give more adequate answers.
