I know it’s 2026 and women are supposed to do what ever they want but the gym outfits are out of control. Some of these women literally wearing a bra and 3 inch compression shorts. If you’re part of an emergency evacuation and you bring your carryon down the slide, you should be put on a no-fly list for eternity. 😑

@PlotACourse @BuzzPatterson federal prison. 10 years. we dont get to choose what kind of emergency we have. the passengers need to know it is serious. sometimes we have 20 minutes to empty a plane, sometimes only 1. The sentence matches the possible death one could cause by taking a bag.

@BuzzPatterson Anyone who takes their bag in an evacuation should get a minimum 10 years on the No-Fly List for the first offense. Forced Greyhounds as a deterrent.

Passenger “evacuation” from the Frontier flight after colliding with a person on takeoff. A few thoughts from my POV. 1) Fortunately, this incident didn’t require a much more time-critical evacuation. Because this was a mess. Please don’t take your luggage with you and move away from the slides! There are people behind you who want to live, too. 2) You can see the shelled-out #2 engine that probably hit the person directly. Jet engines are deadly. @BuzzPatterson it should be a felony with a 5-10 year sentence to take a bag with you. this should be the law and heavily educated into the passengers. We need to be ready for the worst case where the plane needs to be empty in a minute flat.

@gregvegas @lubdha i understand your point, but the law needs to be in place, and heavily educated to the flying public, so that they understand the importance of no bags on an evacuation, it may appear over reacting, but a full fire in the cabin can consume it in 1 minute.

Late last night, a trespasser breached airport security at Denver Int’l Airport, deliberately scaled a perimeter fence, and ran out onto a runway. The trespasser on the runway was then struck by Frontier Airlines Flight 4345 during takeoff at high speed. The pilot stopped takeoff procedures immediately. The Frontier plane was then quickly evacuated while law enforcement and firefighters responded. Preliminary reports are 12 people were hurt, with 5 taken to the hospital. Local law enforcement handles airport security and is investigating with support from the @FAANews and TSA. No one should EVER trespass on an airport.

@pyewacket1036 @SecDuffy evacuations are actually pretty brutal. 12 injuries sounds about right. its only ordered if safety of cabin is in doubt. ( smoke in this case, either a fire problem possibly, and/or smoke inhalation danger)
