History will be kind to me that when Arsenal fans turned on Gyokores, I still kept defending him, because I know his team mates are his problem.
He made a very good run today again, Rice cut the pass and didn’t play it through.
That was what MLS did differently today, he kept playing forward.

One of the reasons Gyokores is suffering in that Arsenal team. For people like me that ain’t G/A merchants, we could clearly see Wolves players started stepping out when Gyokores was substituted. Gyokores will keep making those runs, he will keep pressing, but ball-romance specialists like Odegaard won’t put him on. He’ll romance the ball until he loses the man. I have maintained this stance for years.
