Yesterday, with great joy and pride, we flagged off our historic initiative, the 2024/2025 Ebonyi State Scholarship programme, marking it with the departure of 204 Ebonyians to the United Kingdom and 541 other Ebonyians in various other Universities in Nigeria for their Masters and Doctorate degree programs.
This celebration is not just an investment in education, but an investment in the future of our State and no infrastructure can be bigger than this. It is an event that demonstrates our commitment to human capital development which occupies centre stage in our Government.
I urge you, our scholars, to immerse yourselves fully in your studies, embrace the cultures you encounter, and build networks that will be invaluable to your growth. But remember, your ultimate mission lies here at home. Upon completing your studies. For emphasis, we expect you to return to our State and channel your expertise into sectors that need your innovation, creativity, and leadership.
May your journey be successful and rewarding as proud ambassadors of Ebonyi State.

As advised via DM, that I will receive my money after three working days...If this is banking in Nigeria.I guess the regulators @cenbank & consumer protection council @fccpcnigeria will make banking experience pleasant to customer by monitoring banks' services...

have to contact the receiving bank that the money has left my account. The receiving bank says money not seen... Customer suffering the service failure

So I'll wait another 3 days to receive a fund that was meant for a transaction yesterday. Who bears the lose in time and maybe demurrage arising the lapses. This is really unfair & against the cashless policy of @cenbank

This event I am quoting has seriously eroded the cashless policy of @cenbank because value for money not received as at when sent is almost useless both to the sender and the receiver. Pls correct this anomaly. Thanks
