Let me recount that during his tenure in Anambra, he did not negotiate with with kidnappers or non state actors like this current government is doing. Because i could remember during his tenure as governor, MASSOB Movement wanted to be the order of the day back then in Anambra especially in Onitsha. Secondary school children were joining MASSOB in order to gain fame and not be feared.
