@Alkaneseries Exactly my point, the algorithm isn't been fair to Nigerians except for a few big accounts. Meanwhile posts from southafricans are getting the necessary push irrespective of the number of followers. Once I saw the partiality I immediately stopped paying for premium

How do you really convince someone who has already decided and believes in their mind that this is actually Asiwaju’s voice? What kind of cheap propaganda is this? VDM knows that Ibos are highly emotional people, and that’s why he enjoys riding on their emotions.

Crime is crime and criminals will always be criminals irrespective of government action or inaction so please criticise their actions

Six Nigerians Ran an AI Deepfake Romance Scam from a Nonthaburi Riverside Condo. A Cocaine Bust Led Thai Police to Them. Thai police raided a luxury condominium on the Chao Phraya River in Nonthaburi on May 22 and arrested six Nigerian men running a romance scam ring built on AI-generated faces and fake video calls. The trail started with cocaine. In April, police arrested a Nigerian man named Patrick and three associates on trafficking charges and seized 2.5 million baht in assets. The money trail led to foreign nationals on student visas living five or six to a unit in a high-end riverside condo near Phra Nangklao Bridge, none enrolled in school, none working. Police executed three warrants on three units, forcing entry after the suspects refused to open. One man tried to climb over a balcony. Another lay hiding on a bathroom floor, texting the other units to warn them. Officers seized 18 phones, three laptops, and three bank passbooks, the phones still open to active romance scam chats. The group posed as pilots, US military officers, doctors, and engineers, built relationships with older Thai women, then claimed a valuable package was stuck in customs requiring a transfer fee. Investigators recovered AI-generated Western faces used to produce fake video calls, and "sexy chat" scripts written to push older women toward transferring money. Police said a single well-crafted line could convince a victim to empty her account. All six face initial charges of illegal association (อั้งยี่) and immigration overstay. Fraud and romance scam charges are pending.

They stole cars in Lagos, hid them in Ibadan, and sold them in Ilorin. The trail continued until it finally ended. When a Toyota Camry was reported stolen in Lagos, police began a careful investigation guided by intelligence. This effort uncovered a car theft syndicate operating across several states. By tracking the stolen car to where it was re-registered, officers from the Lagos State Command followed the lead and arrested three suspects. They also recovered five stolen vehicles. The suspects are Segun Olawuwo, 58, found in Ibadan with a stolen Toyota Corolla; Femi Afolabi, 53, arrested in Ilorin, Kwara State; and Sunday Ugbomudia, 53, who was arrested with Femi in Ilorin. The recovered vehicles include a 2008 Toyota Camry, a 2008 Toyota Corolla, another 2008 Toyota Camry, a 2006 Toyota Corolla, and a 2012 Toyota Camry, which had already been sold to an unsuspecting buyer in Ibadan. In total, five vehicles were recovered across three states, and the syndicate was dismantled. All three suspects admitted to car theft and robbery both inside and outside Lagos State. The search for other members of the group is still ongoing. IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc (+), NPM personally praised the Lagos State Command for their determination to pursue the case beyond state borders. They followed the evidence from Lagos to Ibadan and then to Ilorin, making sure every stolen vehicle was recovered, and every suspect was arrested. This is an example of relentless, intelligence-led policing. For every Nigerian whose car was stolen and who wondered if anyone was searching, the Lagos State Command was indeed looking across three states.

ARREST OF NOTORIOUS CAR SNATCHERS, SUSPECTED ROBBERS AND RECOVERY OF FIVE (5) STOLEN VEHICLES Operatives of the Command have recorded a major breakthrough in the fight against car theft and robbery incidences with the arrest of two notorious members of a car-snatching syndicate and the recovery of five (5) suspected stolen vehicles. Following a report of car theft, operatives of the Command embarked on a painstaking intelligence-led investigation. Through the deployment of technical and tactical intelligence, the stolen Toyota Camry 2008 model was recovered at the point of re-registration, leading to the unravelling and subsequent arrest of a criminal syndicate involved in vehicle theft. Preliminary investigation revealed that the syndicate operates within Lagos State while concealing and disposing of stolen vehicles in Ibadan, Oyo State, and Ilorin, Kwara State. In the course of the investigation, operatives traced and arrested one Segun Olawuwo ‘m’, 58 years, in Ibadan, Oyo State, where another suspected stolen Toyota Corolla 2008 model was recovered from him. Further investigation and interrogation led to the arrest of two other members of the syndicate identified as Femi Afolabi ‘m’, 53 years, and Sunday Ugbomudia ‘m’, 53 years, in Ilorin, Kwara State. One Toyota Camry 2008 model and one Toyota Corolla 2006 model, both identified as stolen vehicles, were recovered from the suspects. Their arrest further led to the recovery of another stolen Toyota Camry 2012 model earlier sold to an unsuspecting buyer in Ibadan. The suspects confessed to their involvement in a series of car-snatching and robbery operations within and outside Lagos State. Efforts have been intensified to apprehend other fleeing members of the syndicate and recover more stolen vehicles linked to the gang. The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Tijani Fatai, psc, mnips, commends the operatives for their professionalism, resilience, and commitment to tackling criminal activities across the State. Members of the public are encouraged to remain vigilant and promptly provide useful information through the Command emergency lines: 07061019374, 08065154338, 08063299264, 08039344870, and 09168630929. Speaking during a press briefing after the conclusion of the APC primaries in Delta North, prominent Delta North leader Chief Ogidigan blasted Ned Nwoko over his humiliating defeat, declaring that, You cannot call us Igbo and still expect our votes. He stated that the primary result was a direct rejection of Ned Nwoko’s alleged annexation agenda and years of divisive politics against the identity of Delta North people. Chief Ogidigan further advised Ned to finally consider his earlier suggestion of relocating to the South East to contest for the Ohanaeze Ndigbo President position if he truly wishes to redefine and promote his Igboness, stressing that Delta North people have spoken loudly through the ballot and rejected every attempt to undermine their identity and political direction.

You comfortably sat and decided to list Yorubas and leave out the obvious lot just to target a tribe🤦🏾‍♂️. I’d never get the concept of fighting bigotry while still pushing it, you lot don’t hate bigotry, you just hate being victims of it. The average Nigerian celebrity heavily criticized Goodluck ESPECIALLY when Chibok girls got kidnapped but you were so concerned with your tribal focus that you included Femi Falana, Deji Adeyanju, Seun Kuti who have heavily criticized Tinubu, all so you’d be able to say “there is a pattern, they are bigots”🤦🏾‍♂️. These are people who also dragged Jonathan and have been mute regarding Tinubu, many of whom have even been expressly supporting him, but you comfortably left them out, and to what end?? 1. Senator Owelle Rochas Okorocha 2. Genevieve Nnaji 3. Chief Arthur Eze 4. Senator Orji Uzor Kalu 5. Senator David Umahi 6. Bishop Mike Okonkwo 7. Yul Edochie 8. Senator Orji Uzor Kalu 9. Osita Okechukwu 10. Dr. Chris Ngige. 11. Rev. Mbaka You people make me sick, someone can’t even see a post from y’all criticizing the government and engage without you using it to carry your tribal agendas, wtf? Can’t you call out bad governance without replicating the same bigotry you criticize them for??

When Igbo traders had a compliance disagreement with the LASG at the Trade fair Complex, they reached out to Igbo politicians & Senators from the SE, who they felt were more of their representatives because of shared ethnicity. There is noting wrong in that. The indigenous people of Lagos State must also ensure that their legislative representatives at the state & federal Houses of Assemblies are Yoruba people. As the case with the trade fair disagreement proved, the Igbos already have their ethnic representatives in their home states, who speak for them. Let the Yorubas have theirs too, in their land.

Just skip to the 1:50 mark of this video when Mr. Kay asks him: “What then qualifies you to be President if Nigerians choose to vote for you?” Instead of directly answering the question, he proceeds to talk about problems and reel out the usual statistics without even providing proper context. This is what he does every single time. He is asked Question A, and he responds with B, C, and E without even attempting to address A itself. What kind of presidential aspirant operates like this? Yet, you still have an army of intellectually unserious youths swearing with their lives that this Man is the best option for the Presidency. We seriously need to start taking critical thinking and analytical reasoning more seriously in our education sector. This is painful to watch.
TheCable@thecableng

“We were told then that we would remove subsidy so we can stop borrowing. Subsidies on fuel and electricity were removed, and taxes were increased. For Nigerians, it was not just a double blow, but a triple one: there is no subsidy on fuel and electricity, they pay higher taxes, more revenue came in, but the country borrowed more. In all these, in areas where you measure development, you cannot see anything. When you talk about people serving this country, this country is headed in the wrong direction. Today, we're a reference on the negative side; we don't have one reference that is on the good side. Today, we have the highest number of people living in poverty: over 140 million. When the APC government came, we had 80 million people living in poverty, but today, we have over 140 million.” — Peter Obi
