Going into NW from Surrey ,the right lane could go onto Columbia. Going from NW to Surrey,two lanes down McBride,one lane coming from Royal. No sympathy for gridlock in NW,they deserve it.

The man arrested & charged after breaking into a tugboat in Nanaimo & smoking drugs last weekend — returning to the same dock after being released — is reported to have been struggling with addiction. The incident is not the first time he had been arrested & charged, but then released.
