The full terms … • Ravens get: DE Maxx Crosby. • Raiders get: 2026 first-round pick (14th overall), 2027 first-round pick. Simple, and clean, no givebacks or pick swaps. A win for the Raiders to get that much, for sure. And the Ravens fill a massive need.
