We flew @JetBlue on Friday and they broke our stroller. Because we didn’t file a claim within 4 hours *at the airport* they refuse to compensate us for the damages and offered a $25 travel credit instead. Anyone have advice for how to deal with this?

Hey @Delta , please send help. I’m at the check-in counter in Burlington, VT and the gate agent doesn’t know how to check-in an infant. The poor agent is alone and there is no one who can help her. Can you help us out?

not sure if this is default for google calendar or if my employer set it up that way specifically, but i ❤️ everyone's calendars being publicly viewable. being able to see what's a team meeting / 1:1 / optional event makes scheduling sooooo much easier.
