@SAS The response from @SAS was that there is no right to a refund because my mother canceled her flight (out of fear of losing her money) before the flight was officially canceled. Over the course of the voucher, Americans could not travel to Europe! So you get to keep her money?

@SAS My mother (85) and has spent hours on the phone (US and Norway) trying to get a ticket for a voucher she got at the start of the pandemic. How could you limit these vouchers to 1 year? She could only redeem now (18mos). She has been waiting for over 3 weeks for a response.
