One thing I’m learning from robotics customers: They don’t always ask for magic. They ask for milliseconds. A 2-second pick-and-place cycle sounds fast until you realize the buyer is calculating throughput, labor, uptime, and margin at industrial scale. #Robotics #IndustrialAutomation

Inspired by @karpathy’s LLM Wiki pattern, I wrote up how I think it scales beyond a few hundred files: markdown as canonical truth, with SQLite/FTS + metadata as the agent interface. Basically: LLM Wiki evolves from “retrieval” into “compiled personal/team memory.” gist.github.com/oliverchoy/992…

Robotics simulation data is too valuable to throw away. Every failed grasp, collision, dropped object, and unstable plan is a lesson. If we annotate not just success/failure, but why it happened, simulation becomes training data for Physical AI. #PhysicalAI #Robotics #Simulation
