Louise Thompson is completely out of her depth as an Irish League referee. Every time there's a serious decision to make she's clueless. She is easily influenced by the crowd and the reaction of players. She had her hand in her pocket there for the most obvious second yellow you'll ever see but changed her mind once she realised it was a red.

@szasbabydaddyy @imzenj Do you mean reps? 8-12 is right for hypertrophy whilst 1-5 is good for strength.

3. Are you working out till mild discomfort - failure?
4. How many sets are you doing? (6-12) is the range for hyper trophy and strength.
5. Are you consistent with whatever split you’re running?
