After spending $50M+ on Facebook ads, I discovered the #1 reason 90% of brands can't scale past $10K/day.
It's not your targeting, your budget strategy, or even your audience.
Forbes named me "King of Scaling Facebook Ads" for a reason:
I've cracked the code on what actually separates brands that scale to $100k days from those stuck burning cash at $5k/day.
Most advertisers are optimizing for the WRONG metrics.
While everyone obsesses over CPMs/CTRs, real winners focus on 5 specific KPIs that predict scalability.
BEFORE you waste your budget.
I've documented my exact Facebook scaling framework that's helped multiple brands go from $10K/day to $100K+/day in under 90 days.
This includes:
✅ The 5 metrics that predict scale (most people ignore #3)
✅ Campaign structure for consistent 3X+ ROAS at high spend
✅ Creative testing framework (we test 50+ per week)
✅ Account infrastructure that survives $50K+/day spend
✅ Scaling triggers that tell you exactly when to increase budgets
This is the same system we use for our 8-fig brands.
If you want the complete framework, reply "SCALE" and I'll send it to you.

Trojan Horse UGCs are absolutely PRINTING right now.
Instead of "Ermgawd this serum changed my life!" you tell a X-second story that feels like GENUINE life advice.
The structure:
"Story time: Why I stopped trusting dermatologists..."
First 60 seconds: Pure storytelling
"So I spent $3,000 on treatments last year..."
"My skin got WORSE after seeing 4 different derms..."
"Then my aunty dragged my ass to her friends homeopathic clinic"
No product mentions. Just raw, relatable struggle.
Viewers are locked in thinking they're getting tea about the skincare industry.
Second 70-90: Natural product reveal
"She told me to try this one ingredient..."
"I was skeptical but ordered it anyway..."
"3 weeks later my coworkers were asking what I changed..."
By the time they realize it's an ad, they're emotionally invested in your journey and the product feels like the hero of the story, not a sales pitch.
Compare that to: "This serum gave me clear skin in 2 weeks!!!!"
People nowadays scroll past the obvious UGC ads.
But they do stop for authentic stories.
The story IS the sales mechanism.
Utilise it.

Don't do product research like a DUMBASS
You open an ad spy tool, copy a product, launch it the same way
And wonder why nothing scales
That’s not research
That’s being lazy
I just broke down how I ACTUALLY use spy tools to reverse-engineer winners and build something better
RT + Comment "PR" and I’ll send it over
