We made a single change for this brand on Thursday and it absolutely crushed. We simply changed the color of their ATC button. That’s all - we ran some testing and found their audience responded better to certain colors. So we implemented that test to their ATC / Purchase buttons.

Quick update: Been off the grid just steadily growing the brand. After CNY the aim will be to customise it so the product is A*** The product is already good, but at the end of the day, if the product works better than expected. Then it is a no brainer for them to come back. Under promise and over deliver and you’ll have a customer for life. Post that will be optimising the overall purchase experience - delivery times. US 3PL is the obvious choice but the lead times on that and cash flow needed is going to be way too much especially as we’re scaling. So gotta figure out a better alternative. A way to get the parcel to customers asap. If we can get delivery times under 7 days, with the new updated product - we should be cruising and then it’ll just be expanding the brand with new skus. Super exciting times, but the work has just started 🕰️
