Let me trace the timeline here because nobody's connecting it. Step 1: Scrape the entire internet. Every book, every article, every conversation, every piece of art, every forum post. Do it without asking. Do it without paying. Step 2: Train a model on all of it. Call it "artificial intelligence." Step 3: Go to BlackRock's Infrastructure Summit and announce: "We see a future where intelligence is a utility, like electricity or water, and people buy it from us on a meter." Step 3 is where you sell people's own knowledge back to them. On a meter. They took the collective output of human thought, compressed it into a model, and now they want to charge you by the token to access a version of what you and everyone you know already created. One Reddit user put it perfectly: "They stole all this data from us, the people, our life's work, creativity, art, by devouring the internet and blowing through all copyright laws. Now they want to sell it back to us in the form of a utility." Imagine if someone photocopied every book in the public library, burned the library down, and then opened a subscription service for the copies. That's the metered intelligence business model. And they're pitching it to infrastructure investors as though they invented water.

Students see no issue using AI to complete their assignment because they have been conditioned to treat schooling as a means to a capitalist end and not a tool for acquiring knowledge. The proliferation of AI is just making this very explicit for those who didn’t already know.
Hollis Robbins@anecdotal

The bluntest comment I've ever read about why students are turning to AI: “What kind of economy and educational system has made a robot feel more viable, attentive, more dialogic, and more intellectually available than the institution charging students for a degree?”

Fun fact: It is typically illegal to sell a puppy younger than 8 weeks old because it’s considered cruel to separate it from its mother, but unfortunately corporate America expects women to return to work 4 weeks after giving birth.

This is so sad.

The fact that Trump made so sure to silence Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie makes me more convinced than ever that there's something really incriminating in the Epstein files.

LOL this is a lie The VAST majority of water used by the beef industry is green water. AKA rainwater that's growing grass and feed and reentering the water cycle. Read that again. REENTERING THE WATER CYCLE. Data centers use majority blue water AKA our DRINKING WATER
Deion | SeeReax@SeeReax

I'm against data centers. But here's an uncomfortable truth that'll probably make you roll your eyes because (it's uncomfortable): Animal agriculture uses between 300x-1000x more fresh water than data centers Ai writing essay: bottle of water beef burger: 600 gallons of water

When my oldest daughter was three years old, she asked me to play house with her. Normally I don’t get into make-believe with my kids, I feel like that’s their thing. But I decided to go with it this time. She told me I was the daddy, she was the mommy, and we had to go to the grocery and take the baby to the doctor. I said, “OK I’ll take the baby to the doctor and you go to the grocery.” She said, “No, we have to fight about it.” Some things about female nature became clear to me at that moment.

Riiiiight. Totally. The Israel lobby pumping tens of millions into a freakin’ GOP primary race for a single house seat had “nothing to do with it.” Why did Trump turn on Massie in the first place? - His role in getting the Epstein files released, which implicated Israel for its ties to the pervert. I suspect Tapper has read Drop Site’s reporting on this. - His refusal to bow to Israel and fund their atrocities and slaughter campaigns. - And his vocal opposition to war with Iran, which is being fought on behalf of Israel despite how disastrous it is. If Massie simply gave Israel everything they wanted without questioning their conduct, Trump would have left him alone.
Jake Tapper 🦅@jaketapper

Supporters of Israel have long opposed Massie, but he lost tonight because President Trump wanted him defeated and Trump is incredibly popular in his district and in the GOP.

Charlie Kirk said he was afraid for Massie’s safety when he started to take on the intelligence agencies and the real power structure in America. Charlie knew how dangerous it was, but had started to do the same. That’s why he was killed and that’s why KY-4 was just the most expensive House primary in US history.

After the defeat of Massie, with Trump teaming up with the richest and most powerful Jewish special interests in the country to subvert our nation, it's important to remember why we all supported him in the beginning. The rigged system never changed.
Alexander Augustine@WurzelRoot

I post this speech every few months because this is the heart of America First. The special interest and megadonors like the Adelsons are desperate to gaslight Americans and make them forget. It applies now more than ever. We can't achieve meaningful change until we defeat them

Israel won in Kentucky. They will 100% control the Republican Party now. They will not serve America, they will only serve Israel.

If Massie loses, it proves voting doesn’t matter and that US politicians are handpicked by billionaires in Tel Aviv.
