On April 29th, I was inducted into Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. A journey that began in 2019 as a 5-year course stretched into 7 years is finally over.

STORY: IKEDC illegally disconnected my printing press 22/04/2026 despite active NERC dispute over ₦584,740 estimated bill. THE ILLEGALITY: 1. Applied for 3-phase prepaid meter Oct 2025. IKEDC: "Meters unavailable." 2. Mar-Apr 2026: Meters available. IKEDC: "Street by street. Wait." 7 months waiting. 3. 22/04/2026: Disconnected without notice. IKEDC staff told me: "We took your prepaid meter back to factory." 4. Demanded ₦400k "deposit" for Feb/Mar to reconnect. No bills issued. 5. NERC petition filed 24/04/2026. SR 6211932. IKEDC replied 25/04: "Urgent review". 6. Today = 8 DAYS DARK. No light. No printing. No income. NERC Capping Order 2020 violated. IMPACT: Hundreds of Shomolu SMEs trapped in 'cash-for-light' because IKEDC refuses to install meters. Estimated billing = goldmine. Prepaid meter = profit ends.
