@omnivoracity Good evening, sorry I'm not quite sure where the discrepancy is here as you said the app seems to correctly state there are buses from Laindon which is also shown on the screens and in the tweet, did the App say it was buses all the way to Shoebury from Laindon?

@c2c_Rail why is the 2158 from West Ham not stopping at Southend East? Is it part of a wider ongoing problem, a one-off or something else?

@c2c_Rail Are the changes to the ticketing system also responsible for the lack of online advance discount pricing showing? I'm trying to buy a ticket for Wednesday but it's showing as normal price

If you are travelling using a uzone ticket, some changes to our ticketing system mean you will need to search via the zone instead of destination. For places like Canary Wharf, search U2 to bring up zone 2 fares.

@c2c_Rail Still not fixed. Worse if anything, I can't even buy a return ticket now. If I don't buy one today it will cost me about 40% more tomorrow. When will the problem be resolved so I can plan my journey to work and buy a ticket?

@rosealare @c2c_Rail It's one thing to have different parts of the website contradicting each other but the twitter account contradicting themselves is ridiculous. I just want to know how I'm getting to work this weekend. Please can someone confirm the bus / train situation once and for all?

@c2c_Rail You’ve just posted up thread there’s a shuttle train not a bus. How do you not know what you’re running?
