Forget resumes. Drop one project you've built. I'll tell you if I'd interview you based on that project alone.

The future of software is headless, and today, we shipped the Razorpay CLI :) The CLI gives you full control over Razorpay from the terminal. Payments, subscriptions, refunds, webhooks, routes, customers, settlements, account management - all accessible without leaving your terminal. The real reason we built it is the next layer: AI agents need a native way to interact with financial infrastructure. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex - and whatever comes next - can now integrate with Razorpay workflows directly from the terminal. Thus, the financial primitives are now exposed directly to developers, automations, and AI agents that can orchestrate workflows in real time. We believe AI pushes engineering closer to the center of every organization, because the systems engineers build become the foundation every other team and agent operates on. The CLI is one step toward making that future real. If you are a Razorpay customer, give it a shot :) ape saw problem. ape built something useful. ape happy.

I always wondered, when we deal with LLMs, how a temperature parameter brings in variance? Yesterday, I got some time to dig into the internals, and all my learnings around it are compiled in my latest blog. By the way, the blog covers this, the basics, and some math in an easy-to-digest manner. In the essay, I broke down how LLMs actually work at the systems level and explained: - what LLMs are mechanically doing - how next-token prediction really works - what logits and softmax are actually doing internally - why identical prompts can produce different outputs - why hallucinations happen - and how temperature really works under the hood by reshaping the probability distribution before sampling If you are building with LLMs (which I am sure you are), understanding these mechanics gives you a much better mental model. Give it a read, and like always, I hope this helps.

People are running Android inside Docker now! 👀 Just found DroidVM, an open source project that runs full Android instances inside containers and makes them accessible remotely. > Run Android workloads in Docker > Access devices through the browser > Built-in ADB support for automation > GPU acceleration support > Perfect for testing farms and CI pipelines We’ve officially reached the point where entire phones are becoming infrastructure. Repo: github.com/droid-vm/droid…

People think voice AI magic happens in the model. A lot of the real UX is WebRTC, networking, buffering, interruptions, and brutal latency engineering. Huge respect to Sean DuBois and @juberti — many of us build on foundations you helped shape. openai.com/index/deliveri…
