✨ Saw this thread on HN yesterday, about someone who signed up to Photo AI and didn't use it and wanted a refund and couldn't get it and that's not good So I've quickly built a [ ♻️ Self-refund ] page on Photo AI It follows Midjourney's refund policy which seems quite sane for AI startups where user costs are high: If you've taken less than 20 photos and didn't create any models yet (the expensive part for me), you can get a full refund And you can do it yourself at /refund, which is linked from Photo AI's nav dropdown It's much less of a headache for me too because I don't have to log into Stripe's dashboard to find the customer and refund them, instead just let them to do it with self-refund, I've had the same on Nomad List for years Hopefully more happy users this way 😊 + zero work for me now by automating it
