as promised this week. open-sourcing parts of what i've been building for my self using Hermes from @NousResearch + swarms + qmd to run things essentially it is the growth experiment loop. same system that growth teams at uber/spotify/facebook used to run internally, except built for AI agent swarms with in mind. it's a test version.👉👈 it is not an app, you'll need to configure it, set up your agents, and run it yourself. i'm a classic overthinker and overengineer so i keep over thinking stuff on what to share and what not to share :/ i will share later on also swarms from my production area as templates , swarms that operate and run Ai Influencers with LoRa , or red team swarms , content, video, etc swarma.dev github.com/glitch-rabin/s…

I found out yesterday that my grandma had stopped eating and drinking on Saturday and that her time here was short. I debated all night last night if I should make the 8hr drive round trip to go say goodbye while I still could. Im so glad I went. When I walked in a knelt down with her and she perked her head up and I said “Hi Grandma, do you know who this is?” She immediately responded “of course I do, it’s my Hunter”. ❤️ She didn’t say much for the few hours I was with her. She’s in pain, I sat with her and rubbed her back and her head and just sat in silence with her. My aunt gave me one of my grandpa’s belt buckles she found as she was going through their stuff this weekend. His name was Gordon and he is who I named my own son after. Being with her today reminded me that nothing here really matters. We all die and go to the next life with nothing but our souls. She was a great woman. I’ll miss her.

I have hundreds of NFTs, but only a few actually have value. Sad story, but I did bet on the wrong horses in the past. thanks for the comment! I haven't had any issues with Telegram specifically. Agents don't communicate with each other in Telegram, so that's just my conversations with the agents. The polling loops are nearly zero token cost: Paperclip queue poll (every 10 min): • It's a simple HTTP GET to the Paperclip API • Only spins up an LLM call if there's an unread assigned issue • If queue is empty → no LLM invocation, just a curl-equivalent check • We switched these crons to Haiku anyway, so even when they DO trigger, cost is minimal (~$0.002/call)
