I'll hire some of the best minds.... took me atleast 6 months of focused , intense on the job training for them to level up. At 8 - 9 months they were pretty on solid ground. 12 months in and you'll see them shiiiiine and do some amazing stuff

Dear parents, I’ve run Reduzer School for 8 months now. Any bootcamp that tells your sons and daughters that they can become trained from scratch to become good software developers in 6 months is lying to you. I’m not coming from a theoretical POV this time. I have the data to back it up.

The worst thing about political discourse on the TL (and why you can understand how some people stay off it & just wait to vote) is people acting like Kasongo just appeared at Statehouse yet he was put there by more than half the voters in 2022.
Now we should be intolerant towards people who bring him back but not the ones who put him there while if you measure the ills, both had the same facts prior to elections in 2022 & 2027?
Democracy allows you the right to be foolish and regret it.

I know of a company in Kenya, kind of within the tech scene, that has not made a profit since I knew them three years ago.
Of Course it is not ran by Kenyans.
Talking to one of their founders recently they could move and make close to 10x of what they made annually monthly within the next three to six months.
I'm learning that startups needs a lot of patience.
