As a sports parent, all you can ask for is that your kid gives everything he has for the team! Today, at his last sporting event as a middle school student-athlete, he did just that: LJ - 19' 9 🥇 TJ - 40' 11 🥇 4x1 - 47.27🥇 4x4 - 3:54 🥇 4th Overall as a team!

Another BIG day for the HMS track team! Congrats to our son, Adrian, on breaking the school record in the triple jump. He currently (unofficially) has the longest jump in the state of Kansas for 8th graders with a 40' 3! @onelove4sur

The bar is set high for what I expect in the classroom and this group worked hard to maintain that standard. Very proud of their dedication! 9 of our athletes had a perfect 4.0!

Great weekend watching our daughter and her team compete, going 2-0 in the MIAA/GAC Challenge. Today, she was able to be a star in her role. 2pts, 6rebs, and a solid 29 minutes of doing the "little things." Lot of season left, but proud nonetheless.

Week 1 started off with build a boat! Did they float or sink?? ⛵️🌊

In Sept, my wife and I sat next to our son while he lay in a hospital fighting for his life. Thankfully, the medical team & Adrian's perseverance allowed him to have a chance to come back to school & continue being a student-athlete. Here are his end of the year accomplishments:

Another weekend of hoops for the Adigun family! Watched my son and his team finish 2nd, and my daughter play in the C. Kansas All-Star game! Long, but rewarding. I will miss these times with my daughter, but I am ready to see what the future has in store for my son! @onelove4sur
