@drmnfr_lmg Sir, my father Jhantu Sen was a Loco Pilot in N. F. RLY(Lumding junction). He passed away on 10th July,2018 during a train journey in Tadepalligudem(AP). We're struggling to get his death certificate from there but we've received the FIR copy and PM report from there.

Could you please help us in getting his Death certificate issued either from Lumding or Tadepalligudem. We have also requested the DRM of Vijayawada to get the Final Police Report from there. Any sort of help from your end will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.
