I know she is concerned for her father, but let's think about this logically. Beyonce pays each dancer $2,500/show. RWT was 56 shows. They each walked away with $140k for 3 MONTHS of touring + $4,500 worth of Louis Vuitton luggage as a thank you. That's not counting whatever they earned for rehearsals.
If she pays her dancers that much, how much do you think she paid her stage manager? She did a video promoting his work 12 years ago which certainly helped him get other major jobs like the one he had with Mariah Carey... the artist whom he was working with when he got injured.
Over 20 years of great pay and this man did not invest or get disability insurance? This is misplaced anger.

The daughter of Terry Cooley (Beyoncé’s stage manager of 20+ years) has come forward to reveal after working for Beyonce for over 2 decades (with 22 hour work schedules) he was let go. Why’s sinister is that Terry was apparently let go due to the state of his health, which has doctor says deteriorated due to his excruciating job circumstances. Apparently after 20 years of service they sent him no well wishes, gave no severance pay and treated him like a nuisance, after he dedicated his life to making sure Beyoncé had great performances. This is the reality of The Carter’s they don’t cause humans or hard work. They are for self. A man’s health deteriorated due to building up Beyoncé and she tossed him like trash. No different from the companies you work for at your 9-5. He didn’t even get severance pay after 20 years of service. Not even a get well som card.
