That feeling when you're really happy to see former colleagues doing amazing things, but you're sad not to still be working together. Is there a German word for that? Traurigstolzfroh maybe?

@andreasg Those are some steep prices for Tier 4. It recently got a lot more expensive over here, especially for Tier 3+4. But Germany seems to be even pricier.

@fredchung @anotherdave Testing Toast is inherently flaky and we always considered it an anti-pattern. This problem can be solved in different ways IdlingResources, Unit Tests or even decorating the Toast object in ways so it can be queried at test time.

@fredchung cheers for the session just now! Forgot to ask: we're using IdlingResource to stop our Espresso tests being extremely flaky round toasts (stackoverflow.com/a/32023568/147…). Upgrading from v10, can see that Toast.getView() is now deprecated. Is there a new best practice here?

What would help here is, if @Tesla's Safety Score would take context into to consideration. If we could just apply for a system that's capable of doing exactly that 😁 #FSDBeta

@Tesla's new Safety Score for the FSD beta creates some questionable incentives for drivers. Pretty sure it will negatively affect driving. My score dropped today, because I avoided road debris and had to brake for a pedestrian crossing. #FSDBeta

Today, for only the sixth time in my life, I turned an age ending in a zero (not including the trivial one). Also, my age now matches the last two digits of the year in which I was born.

Today marks 10 years working @Google. A huge thank you to so many people who have taught me so much. Hope I continue to grow and learn as much in the next decade and get to work with such amazing folks.

I have a 6P and a Nexus 5 for testing stuff around here. How is it possible that the 5 is waaaay faster than 6P? It's been through hell and back and it's still performing like a beast.
