At this point, this is no longer a normal delay. I request immediate intervention from the Payments Operations team to finally complete this refund.

For months, I’ve only received repeated “24–72 hour” updates with no actual resolution, payment confirmation, or execution timeline.

Hi @GoogleCloudTech @GoogleCloud My Google Cloud refund has now been pending for over 6 months. The refund was approved long ago, later moved to manual wire due to a Google system error, and I have submitted multiple wire forms and completed every requested step.

@GoogleCloudTech @googlecloud Google Cloud team acknowledged and validated the case, but still no actual refund or timeline shared. Waiting for resolution.
