This is Steven Sandison. He killed his cellmate, Theodore Dyer, after finding out he molested a 9-year-old child. Sandison said what made it worse was that Dyer kept trying to justify his actions for what he did. Sandison was already serving life without parole for murdering his girlfriend in 1991 in Wayne County.
