So: `(40% x 10%) + (60% x 20%) = 4% + 12% = 16%` Your WACC = 16% What does that 16% actually mean for business? It’s the minimum return a company has to make to keep everyone happy. If a company’s projects make less than 16%, the friend and investor are losing.

If I was part of the reform committee, the goal is to transform NYSC from a one-year compulsory service into a one-year National Graduate Development Programme.

WASTE per DAY Ghana - 9,700 tonnes/day Côte d'Ivoire - 9,000 tonnes/day Senegal - 5,300 tonnes/day Burkina Faso - 4,000 tonnes/day Mali - 3,700 tonnes/day Lagos - 13,000 tonnes/day. Lagos alone generates more metric tonnes of waste daily than EVERY COUNTRY in West Africa and generates more waste per day than 49 of the 54 countries in the whole of Africa. Yet, it is the smallest and one of the most densely populated urban region in the world. The challenge of waste management in Lagos should be a National conversation and emergency. It is a combination of irresponsible citizenry, poor collection processes, inadequate recycling facilities, not enough waste players and almost no land areas for disposal. For now, waste in Lagos will be common sight!

Archaeologists found the oldest evidence of Christianity in Northern Europe. A silver amulet, buried with a man between 230 and 270 AD, worn around his neck. In 2024, scientists used CT scanning to digitally unroll the tiny scroll inside it. The inscription reads: “Holy, holy, holy! In the name of Jesus Christ, Son of God.” It is the oldest known proof that Christianity had reached Northern Europe✝️
