@KAKUfrank @HeDontMakeNoise @Matt_Law_DT @JacobSteinberg Sadly the distracting briefings have resumed. These same " cry babies" won us the CWC and have endured the coaching roulette being played by the SDs and their bosses. Like many of the fans they do not see the project anymore. CHE has become a prison to their ambitions.

Sorry Matt & Jacob. You guys are distracting from the real problems. The focus should be on ensuring eghbali & Boehly fire winstanley, Stewart & Joe shields for recruiting some of these players and getting rid of the ex Brighton employees in this club. Another coach will fix some of these players but winstanley & Stewart cannot be involved in that decision making. The same way Rosenior doesn’t belong here is the same way those directors don’t belong at this level. They should be uproar in them being involved in this club any further.

@MobyChe When I see CHE fans hallucinate or is it fantasize about the next coach it amuses me. The focus should be on influencing who will handle that process. Cecs will be foolish to work under the current structure.

If you want Cesc to come you have to convince him it's a project worth managing in. I love Cesc and what he's done at Como. Built a possession dominant side that is great at both attacking and defending. The stats show that. The issue is Como are so well run from top to bottom and Cesc has the freedom to implement his imprint on the team. If Chelsea were to get him or even Xabi and other top coaches. They have to cede power to him even if it's not complete but the players will respect him and the fans will back him immediately
Matt Hardy@MattHardyJourno

🟦Exclusive: Cesc Fabregas is free to manage Chelsea if wishes, Como's president has told me. The former player is among the favourites to take over at Stamford Bridge. @CityAM cityam.com/exclusive-fabr…

@ZachLowy Why do we never learn? If you wish Shim well his next step at best should be Strasbourg. Stop accelerating young players into the CHE first team.

Liam Delap has failed to make his presence felt in Chelsea, Marc Guiu has become an afterthought, and Nicolas Jackson will likely be sold this summer. So, can Shim Mhueka make a push into Chelsea’s first team? Great stuff on the teenager who could be Zimbabwe’s long-term striker.
Breaking The Lines@breakthelines

At 18 years old, Shim Mhueka has already scored 16 goals in 23 appearances for England's youth teams, as well as 24 goals in 29 games for Chelsea's youth teams this season. @kadmiel_0 on why Mhueka could be the next big talent out of Cobham: breakingthelines.com/player-analysi…

We need to understand that our target should be an accomplished coach that will be respected by fans and players. Looking for a young "collaborative" coach is just being delusional. He can only collaborate when he's a nobody. Once he wins something, he will have a voice. We can't be delusional about that. If we want stability, we will have to reward a manager who has achieved success with more power than will match his new status. Or he will go where he's offered better conditions. It's the same with players. Our structure puts coaches under the SDs and not many top coaches will accept that. Any nobody that accepts that wants to use us as a stepping stone, which will continue to fan instability at the club. For me, we have to find the right coach and give him a good level of control and power. We can't have a coach answering to SDs and expect that he won't leave when another club offers him more control. It's just delusional to say the least. That's why Maresca left and the instability came straight back up. The SDs have too much power at Chelsea and the balance is just wrong and very unsustainable. They are out biggest problem.

Now updated after confirmation of Rosenior's sacking - Chelsea ready to change strategy over next permanent head coach. But it won't be easy and one manager already linked, Julian Nagelsmann, is not thought to be interested in the job #cfc telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…

@NiiNiiFC For someone in football he ought to have known better than to think that he could continue in this job without UCL football. I dont believe he could be that naive.

I feel for Rosenior Wrong guy at the wrong time, but I think he was gaslighted too... lemme explain An easy scapegoat and figure of ridicule, he did not leave giving the best impression of himself Forcing a new way of playing with no time was a recipe for disaster, he became a victim of pressure in the end, forever feeling he was 1 tactical flip away from a big payout This is where the inexperience showed But I can't help but feel... if he was told it was UCL or he's out, would he have attempted too build his ideas now? We saw him manage his 1st 10 games well no? My thinking was, when he was made to feel like he was gonna be here next season, he'll have a say in transfers, his mindset also shifted to next season too If he was given more clarity, would he have moved more strategically? I guess we'll never know now Another victim to this football club

Chelsea are not in active talks with candidates and are not expected to appoint a full-time replacement until the end of the season. They are looking for someone who can deliver their vision which includes winning matches consistently and ultimately trophies. bbc.co.uk/sport/football…

@Blue_Footy A much as this is nice for engagement purposes I do not think that enough exits have been made. Why should the men that thought it wise to hire Rosenoir in January be trusted with hiring another coach?

🚨⚠️ Meetings ongoing during the morning and again now at Chelsea to make final decision on Liam Rosenior’s future. The head coach always felt support from the hierarchy in recent weeks but results have been poor… and Chelsea are seriously considering a change of direction.

The only way Liam Rosenior can work at Chelsea is if we sell 10–15 players and buy what he wants. But that's basically restarting the project. Imagine that! It's a complicated situation we have found ourselves in.

Ultimately, Behdad Eghbali is the number 1 person to blame for this circus. It all starts with him. But it doesn’t stop with him. There are so many below him who also have egos that don’t match their CV’s and/or intelligence.

It wasn’t Potter’s fault. It wasn’t Pochettino’s fault. It wasn’t Maresca’s fault. It isn’t Rosenior’s fault. People can blame coaches all they like, but the whole BlueCo/Chelsea project has been such a spectacular, hubristic failure nytimes.com/athletic/69353…
