@i_think_there The only number we have for support for our Online Store team in Malaysia is 1800-80-6419. Are you able to try calling using a different phone?

@AppleSupport I made an order online via store, it’s been two weeks since the ‘expected delivery date’ I’d like to cancel the order. But there’s no option to do so

@AppleSupport Hi, I spoke to online support and they then told me to call the support. I did, using the number from: apple.com/my/contact/ The number 1800-80-6419 is not in service, its really frustrating.

@digitelco Twitter is blocked / don't work using mobile data, but works via wifi. I'm on prepaid

@GrabMY To clarify , the problem exists both on cellular (data) and via Wi-fi

@GrabMY grab app has problems with top up (can’t select providers ) . Restarting app doesn’t fix it.
