Should we do it for the Vine?
Internally we are excited but it’s non trivial. Externally we need to hear your feedback.
On a scale of 1-10 how much value would this bring to X and our platform?

In all seriousness - it seems DCA had little to no weight.
It's a shame.
Looks like majority of expert allocation goes to perps users.

ai & sw dev:
the idea that ai makes software developers obselete is utterly wrong.
if anything, the importance of good software engineers who understand end to end user needs and system tech will increase exponentially as usage of ai grows as well
why?
3 basic reasons:
- AI enables the building of complex systems
- Systems gets more complex over time
- Complexity increases exponentially as number of inter-connecting systems increase
In other words, we can expect the overall complexity of the technological world we live in to greatly accelerate
and what crucial role does humans play in this world?
simplifying the complexity of course!
as anyone who interacted with any AI will tell you - the challenge is not in getting it to GENERATE stuff, that’s trivial - it’s getting it to generate PRECISELY the stuff you need.
and that’s why you need humans - because humans are always going to be better at understanding the precise context of how everything joins together.
remember, simplicity is not achieved via generation, it’s achieved via understanding.
so if you are an aspiring software developer, ignore the naysayers about being obselete - instead do the exact opposite - ship, rally, learn, ship, rally, learn, ship, rally, learn - and repeat this as hard as you can, learning more and more about systems underpinnings, user needs, marketing your work as much as possible.
and that’s the real gift of ai to sw devs!
not in doing the work for you - but in greatly accelerating the learning curve, doing the grunt work so you have time to learn and understand what you are REALLY doing.
to be clear, this is gonna be brutally different than what you might be used to - a world where you just code and “bosses” dictate what you do, but hey, imagine the weavers when they saw the loom machine
as a side note, that’s what we ask everyone at jupiter to do - ship hard using whatever tools you have at your disposal, take the lead and rally the troops internally and externally.
i promise - that’s the only way you are going to stay ahead of the game.
ai can either obselete you or make you a superman. the choice is easy of course, but the road is hard
but take it anyway.
