@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @gonoise.....for defective piece smartwatch issue not resolved. Received call from customer care....they asked me to visit service center. They delivered defective piece which is not working.

Flip kart delivered defective noise smartwatch. They are claiming return policy valid till June 03 but not returning, asking me to visit service center for repairing.

@flipkartsupport What about return of this item.....rest i will take care you don't worry. Kindly don't make fool to customer by making false premises. As it clearly indicates return policy is valid till jun 03. You refund this item which is received as defective and non functional.

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @gonoise...I purchased noise smartwatch from flip kart, received defective piece, not getting connected or started. Flip kart said it has no refund policy visit or contact noise service center. Its great approach of Flip kart to sell defective piece.

Delivered defective piece but not returning

@gonoise Flip kart is not returning defective smartwatch which was delivered as defective and not functioning. Its great approach to deliver defective piece which is not working then ask customer to visit service center for repairing.

@Oneplus Today again I contacted customer care for service....got response as usual to wait for 24 to 48 hr.....I am getting similar responses since last 2 months.....but till date service not completed

Till date service not completed, alternate day I use to call customer care....no service....worst-case

@OnePlus_IN service for oneplus TV is very bad in Guwahati, so many service request canceled....first service request raised on 15.04.2023 but till date service not completed
