I hate @optimum
My internet is out, again, for the 3rd day in a week. How is it so easy to be so incompetent? So far I’ve had more “assessing” than actual internet service. Almost every day it’s something, and it takes upwards of 3 hours to repair for it to go out the next day.

@optimum @optimumtv @OptimumHelp You recently removed the virtual remote on the OptimumTV app. That is one of the most ill-conceived & customer-unfriendly acts I have seen! A remote in the app was a real convenience if one couldn't find the remote or it didn't work. Bring it bak
