Trying to clear up some confusion on this. While ESPN Unlimited does cost $30 a month, it is avaliable for no additional cost to existing Spectrum, DirectTV, Xfinity, FuboTV, Hulu and Cox customers. YouTube TV customers should get access by August.

my internet service provider is a joke. Literally me and @Enderkiller124 are BOTH on the same ISP, but live about 10 houses apart on the same street. We're BOTH having UPLOAD speed issues right now, but the ISP insists on sending a technician to my house as if the issue is HERE lol. Hey @optimum why can't you run Fiber and why do you insist on not repairing the lines in my neighborhood? I don't wanna drag you daily, but if that's what it takes to get you to FINALLY address my CONSTANT upload speed issues (has been ongoing for YEARS NOW), then so be it. If I had literally ANY other choice in WV I'd jump at it

I need to find a lawyer, due help me either sue or act on my behalf against @optimum. I just spoke to an executive customer relationship and she flat out said they would not honor the promises made on the phone to me, that she clearly has confirmed that it indeed occured.

@optimum Installing fiber and activating a mobile line (which I only got to save money) was the most unprofessional, unpleasant experience ever. took 6 visits just to get it done. Stayed home 5 for no reason and mobile activation was just as bad. Avoid @optimum at all costs!!

@optimum Yo, 20% packet loss for two days at peak hours. I tried to call but your pet indians hung up on me 3 times as soon as I mentioned packet loss. According to my ping tests it's the node in my area. The cable fucking sucks too. Fix your shit numbnuts
