millions of people are fasting right now for Ramadan i've been fasting every week for 57 weeks straight different reasons. same benefits. here's what it actually did: - clearer skin than any product gave me - more mental clarity than coffee ever did - leaner without counting a single calorie - more discipline than any habit i've ever built i wrote a free guide on the 24-hour fast protocol: - how to start - what happens to your body - how to break your fast properly follow + comment "FAST" and i'll DM it to you

Learning Spanish is almost exactly like going to the gym and building muscle. Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, is my gym. My linguistic training ground. I can get as many reps in as I want, whenever I want. Cafes, restaurants, people on the beach. As long as I dare to open my mouth and speak. But like the gym, it helps to be structured and systematic. A good teacher is like a good trainer. Someone to correct my form and tell me when/where/how I'm making errors. Like the gym, you need to constantly train with languages or your skills naturally decay. However, once you reach a certain level of fluency, it becomes a lot harder to degrade your skills. Each day of practice and structured learning builds your "language body." When your body develops sufficient muscle, you only need a couple of sessions a week to maintain and fewer sessions and less stimulation to grow. It might feel a bit tedious and boring, but the awareness that THIS is the journey helps. Some days I feel like I'm moving through slow-flowing mental molasses, and my fluency levels drop. Other days, I feel like I'm an advanced, fluid language beast. Just like the gym. Some days I fail on my heavy squats. Sometimes I hit less reps than I know I'm capable of. Other days I feel like a muscle-clad, archetypal Atlas Chad. When I zoom out, I realize that this is just the School of Life and I'm a willing, capable, and resilient student.

Not drinking coffee is a life hack. Me (coffee-free): Wakes up energized, can focus for 8+ hours daily, $5000 saved each year Guy who has 4 cups/day: Wakes up sluggish, has crap sleep, $5000 lost each year Same brain. Different baselines.

"$15 for a gallon of raw milk is too expensive" meanwhile you spend $7 on a coffee that gives you anxiety raw milk has all 22 amino acids, every fat-soluble vitamin, 60+ enzymes, and probiotics it's the most complete food on the planet you're not paying for milk. you're paying for medicine.

Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Stop looking at screens 2 hours before bed. Read a fiction book 1 hour before going to bed. Do this for 90 days and you will leaner, mentally healthier, and the 2x the quality of your sleep.

woke up. blended raw eggs, raw milk, honey, colostrum into a shake. took it outside in the morning sun. shirtless ofc, drinking hormone fuel while my skin soaks uv. later that evening. sunset hitting. took the same ingredients, whipped the egg yolks with honey, mixed in raw milk, threw it in the freezer for an hour. poured some goat colostrum on top again. homemade ice cream for IGF-1. colostrum has the highest natural IGF-1 you can get. supports muscle preservation, skin quality, recovery. egg yolks & raw milk give you the cholesterol and saturated fat your body converts to testosterone. honey feeds your liver so your metabolism actually works. same ingredients. different times. both delicious. both fueling the exact hormones that keep you looking and feeling good. what a way to end the day.

ashwagandha is the most NPC supplement i’ve ever seen “i’ll just take ashwagandha for cortisol” cool. what about fixing why your cortisol is high in the first place? ashwagandha doesn’t even lower cortisol. it numbs your stress response so ur left retarded .. actually retarded even worse there are studies show chronic ashwagandha use suppresses thyroid function. arguably the most important hormone. NGMI energy.
Ace@MrAcezzz

"i’ll just take ashwagandha for cortisol” Cool. what about the 47 other things spiking your cortisol? your shit sleep? your processed food? your constant anxiety? Supplements are COPELEMENTS.

Alex Hormozi and hustle culture have sold us a lie. The idea that the relentless, optimizing-obsessive pursuit of money equals a life well lived. The digits on the screen go up, but the quality of the spirit deteriorates. I'd rather be rich in God, character, honor, self-knowledge, experiences, and creative output. Money can follow that. Money is cool, don't get me wrong. I want a lot of it. It represents stored time and freedom. I view money as freedom points. I don't want freedom points at the cost of my honor or individuality.

Dude, if you won't give it to yourself then I give YOU permission to fail. Does failure hurt at times? Of course. But you know what? Stepping into the arena, failure or not, is exhilarating. There's freedom in facing your fear, locking into the moment, and seeing what you're made of. It captures the essence of what it means to be alive. STEP. IN.
