Every trader wants to get in early. Beat the crowd. Catch the move before anyone else. One of the best improvements I ever made to a strategy was doing the opposite. I got in late on purpose. Here's what happened. I tested every ADX period and threshold combination across 4 index futures markets: E-mini S&P, NASDAQ, Dow Jones, and Russell 2000. Built a visual pivot map showing which combos produce the best average trade across all four markets at once. The best settings: period 15, threshold 17-20. But the real discovery came when I deliberately delayed my entry. Instead of entering the moment ADX crosses the threshold, I looked at the ADX value a few bars back. If ADX was strong 3-5 bars ago, the trend is already established. The momentum is confirmed, not just starting. Every instinct says "get in now before you miss it." But the data says the opposite. By waiting, you skip entering at the peak of momentum right before a pullback. You let the first wave pass and catch the continuation. This one change saved full stop-losses on trades that would have entered at exactly the wrong moment. The traders rushing to get in early were the ones getting stopped out. The third technique stacks both: current ADX above threshold AND ADX from a few bars back also above threshold. You know the trend was strong, and you know it's still strong now. Double confirmation. Sometimes the best trade is the one you're "late" to. Have you ever improved a strategy by deliberately getting in later?

being able to re-invest profits from a course makes a lot of sense especially sense it's risk free profits your able to put on your edge and grow risk free returns. However selling your edge makes no sense, if anything guide traders to find there own edge would make more sense for a course IMO.
