BREAKING NEWS: Mayo Clinic is offering me an "Executive Director" position for up to $400k 😃 Oh and they're not the only one. My email inbox is suddenly filling up with Executive job offers from several big Pharmaceutical companies. So this is what I get for helping 9000+ Cancer patients with Ivermectin & Mebendazole and leading the largest Ivermectin Cancer Project in the world? After talking about a New Florida Cancer Clinic? 🤔 If they can't sabotage me, they'll just buy me out? 💵 I have to admit, it is mildly amusing. Ten years ago, I may have jumped at something like this. It's almost tailor made for me. But at this stage of my life...can't say I felt even a hint of temptation. They really don't know me very well 😃 Sorry, Mayo Clinic. I'm building a Cancer Center in Florida. It's going to be a bit different from yours. 😉

BREAKING NEWS: Big Pharma is now posting FAKE Ivermectin, Mebendazole and Fenbendazole testimonials, using bots based in Africa! Don't be fooled! 🤦‍♂️ Cancer patients who are exercising their "Right to Try" with cutting edge repurposed drugs like Ivermectin are under attack by Big Pharma. Big Pharma is using bots based in Africa (often Nigeria) to post fake testimonials with fake emails. If you email them, they will steal your medical information and funds if you send them any. Here are 8 examples. Always check where these accounts are based. Almost all of them are based in Africa, or specifically Nigeria. Because I have helped over 9000 Cancer patients with Ivermectin, Mebendazole and Fenbendazole in the largest and most successful Ivermectin Cancer Project in the world... I am being heavily targeted by these Big Pharma bots! Their intent is to harm cancer patients. Use discernment, these are all bots, scams, frauds. Why would anyone do this? To divert cancer patients away from real help. To steal their medical information To steal their funds To burn them so they don't want to try repurposed drugs again. ALSO: Every website that uses my name is a FRAUD Every Facebook account is a FRAUD Every Telegram account is a FRAUD Every WhatsApp, Messenger conversation is a FRAUD Never buy Ivermectin & Mebendazole "Wellness" or "Parasite" medication kits, especially from anyone or any company on X.

My life became increasingly at risk after I exposed mass fraud in Democrat states, where Democrats would rather defend the fraudsters than the person exposing the fraud. The rhetoric and attitude from the party you belong to is a major problem. By calling people fascists and Nazis, eventually enough people will believe it. Then saying, “Political violence is political cowardice. It is unacceptable in all forms,” is cowardice given the words shouted from your very own mouth.

Solving depression is complicated. I reached a point where I didn't want to live anymore. I'd lost everything. And I was a failure. Fat. Sick. Dying. Moving would have helped me. But I didn't want to move. I had no motivaition. I didn't care. I just wanted to never be bored. So I indulged in distractions to ignore doing anything that created momentum. My favorite habit was to watch back-to-back Star Wars movies. I'd go to 7/11 beforehand and buy loads of lollies, chips, and slurpees. Then I'd let it all out. It'd make me feel sick. It amplified my eating disorder. My teeth started to rot. I should have moved but I couldn't. What I needed was a catalyst. One night I saw a Tony Robbins video on Youtube. It woke me the f*ck up. He told me what I needed to hear. I was a victim. I was trapped in the past. I treated people badly. I was a pessimist. Hearing the information didn't fix my depression though. I then became obsessed. I downloaded all of Tony's audio tapes and binged them. I walked the streets at midnight listening to them. Still didn't get me moving. I then spent the last $2000 I had to attend Tony's seminar. It was incredibly emotional. Tony had me in tears several times. Then he got me to walk on fire which became an act of bravery. I finally saw my potential and woke up. This led me to say sorry to people I'd hurt. And to fix my career. You can't become a moving target and heal from depression without emotion. Emotion creates motion. Get emotional. Find a a catalyst like Tony. Physically feel the pain to heal it. Then you'll get unstoppable momentum and cure your depression.

Hypothetically…….. I’m being taxed on money I never made. Let that sink in. If I bought my property outright for $60,000 in 2009 Now the county says it’s worth $246,000. Did I sell it? No. Did I make a profit? No. Did I get a check for $246,000? No. But my taxes jumped like I did. That’s the problem. This isn’t income. This isn’t cash. This is a number someone decided on paper — and now I’m being billed for it. If my stock portfolio doubles, I don’t pay taxes until I sell. If my income doesn’t increase, I don’t magically owe more income tax. So why does owning a home work differently? Why am I being taxed on unrealized gains? A house isn’t just an investment — it’s where people live. And this system means you can do everything right, pay off your home, and still get squeezed harder every year because of a number you never turned into money. You don’t truly own something if you can be taxed out of it. This isn’t about “services” or “inflation.” It’s about being charged for value you never received. And people are starting to notice. This needs to be on everyone’s mind✔️

There's a probiotic strain that's been clinically proven to target belly fat. Not total body weight Not water weight Visceral fat - The dangerous fat packed around your organs. In multiple clinical trials, People who took this strain for 12 weeks saw measurable reductions in visceral fat, waist circumference, and body weight. No change in diet No change in exercise Just the probiotic. The strain is called L. Gasseri. It naturally lives in your gut and was originally isolated from human breast milk. A randomized, double-blind clinical trial published in the Journal of Medical Food put it to the test. One group received L. Gasseri daily. The other received a placebo. After 12 weeks? Visceral fat decreased significantly in the L. Gasseri group. Waist circumferences shrank. The placebo group? No changes. Separate Japanese research confirmed the same thing - Fermented milk containing L. Gasseri reduced BMI, abdominal fat, and visceral fat that wraps around your organs. Why does this matter? Because not all body fat is equal. Subcutaneous fat sits under your skin. Annoying but relatively harmless Visceral fat is different. It wraps around your liver, kidneys, and intestines. It produces inflammatory chemicals that increase your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and the "Big C." You can look relatively lean - And still be carrying dangerous amounts of it. L. Gasseri appears to target this specific type of fat. But it does more than just that. It strengthens your gut barrier - Reducing the leakiness that lets toxins flood your bloodstream. It suppresses harmful bacteria while supporting the beneficial ones. It helps regulate appetite hormones - The signals that tell your brain when you're full. It may help lower cholesterol by influencing how your body processes bile acids. And it can reduce IBS symptoms, Especially abdominal pain. When your gut is working properly, your metabolism follows. Here's the problem most people run into: You can buy L. Gasseri in a capsule. Most deliver a few billion bacteria per dose. But most of those bacteria arrive DEAD. Heat, moisture, shelf time, and stomach acid destroy them before they ever reach your gut. A few billion sounds like a lot. It's not. Your gut contains trillions of microbes. A few billion is a drop in the ocean. Not enough to colonize. Not enough to shift the balance. Dr. William Davis (the physician who wrote "Wheat Belly" and "Super Gut") - Figured out a better way: Make your own probiotic yogurt at home using specific strains. Not a pill Not a supplement A highly concentrated probiotic food you make yourself. His protocol: Ferment at 109°F for 36 hours. That extended fermentation time allows the bacteria to multiply far beyond what any capsule can deliver. Trillions of live cultures per batch. Not billions. TRILLIONS. Fresh. Potent. Alive. A half cup a day is the protocol. The difference between a capsule and homemade yogurt is like comparing a garden hose to a fire hydrant. Same water Completely different force I've been making my own probiotic yogurt for a few years now. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for my gut, my digestion, my energy, and my body composition. I've been saying for 30 years: Your weight, your energy, your metabolism - It starts in the gut. When my gut was destroyed, Nothing worked. No diet. No exercise plan. No willpower. When I fixed the gut? Everything downstream changed. Science is finally catching up. And strains like L. Gasseri are one of the biggest reasons why. Comment GUIDE and I'll send you a FREE guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home. P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.

@sandycat247 @CraigBrockie Yes make sure to start with organic half & half, like from Aldi without any additives ofc. Pasteurized is best because L. Gasseri tends to be the weaker strain of bacteria compared to the bacteria in raw milk. While point is to go heard for the one strain only in that end product

@CraigBrockie What k8ndnofmmilk do you use? I normally drink raw milk. Should this be heated up higher to pasteurize so none of the original good microbes in milk is competing with the L Gasseri?

Went to the doctor yesterday My wife made the appointment She also filled out the pre-visit forms online All of them She said "did you go alone" I said "yes" My analyst drove separately When I arrived the receptionist handed me a clipboard With a Bic pen Attached to a string Like I was going to steal it The form asked for everything my wife already submitted online Name Date of birth Address Insurance I filled it out again Handed it back My analyst was already at the counter He leaned over the receptionist's screen Looked at it for three seconds Then looked at me He said "boss man, the headers have gridlines on" She minimized the window He sat down She said "have a seat, we'll call you shortly" I sat down at 2:14pm At 2:31 she handed my clipboard to another woman Who sat down at a computer eight feet away And typed everything I just wrote into the screen At 2:38 she came back Said she couldn't read one letter of my address An address they've had on file since 2022 An address my wife typed into their portal three days ago I spelled it out loud In a waiting room full of strangers Then sat back down My analyst had his laptop open I glanced at his screen He was on Zillow Looking up my home address The one I just spelled out loud He closed the laptop At 2:51 a nurse called my name Mispronounced it Four years She walked us to a room She looked at my analyst She said "family member?" I said "closest thing I have" She didn't ask follow-up questions She took my blood pressure Wrote it on a piece of paper Then typed it into a computer Then wrote it on another piece of paper Three records of the same number My analyst looked at me I looked at him We didn't say anything We didn't have to She said "the doctor will be right in" She left at 2:54 My analyst opened his laptop Built a model I said "for what" He said "the wait time" He projected the doctor would arrive at 3:38 The doctor came in at 3:41 Three minutes off He was disappointed in himself 87 minutes total in the building He said "so what brings you in today" I told him He looked at his chart My analyst said "you have his date of birth wrong" The doctor looked at him Then looked at me I said "he's right" The doctor corrected it My analyst said "the insurance ID is also off by one digit" The doctor put his pen down He said "and you are?" I said "he's with me" The doctor continued He said "let's keep an eye on it" That's what he said last year He said "alright, now the fun part" He said "I'm going to need you to drop the cargo shorts" I looked at my analyst My analyst looked at me He covered his eyes The appointment lasted four minutes I waited 87 minutes for a four-minute appointment It's 2026 We can launch a rocket into space and land it vertically on the exact square foot it left from But my doctor's office is using a string to protect a Bic pen I texted my wife from the parking lot She said "how'd it go" I said "they lost my address again" She said "I submitted it online three days ago" I said "I know" She said "did you bring him" I didn't answer She said "I'm switching doctors" First time we've agreed on anything all week Make common sense common again Plz fix. R.I.P 9 to 5. You don’t need a job anymore. You need 2 tools to earn 10x more than your salary: Claude + Ideogram AI. How? By creating AI eBooks. I make $50K/month publishing 90-page books on Amazon. Here’s the exact system: • Find topics people are already buying • Use ChatGPT to outline in minutes • Let Claude write the full book • Use Ideogram to design covers • Publish on Amazon KDP • Scale with ads That’s it. Just execution and a predictable strategy. I usually charge $199 for this. But for the next 24 hours, I’m sharing my entire AI Publishing strategy for free. To get it... Comment “AI” and I’ll send it. (First 500 only).

Alcohol doesn't "lower your inhibitions." It temporarily restores your GABA That's why the version of you that comes out after 3 drinks feels like the real you. Because it IS the real you. Your sober personality is the cage When your gut is destroyed and inflammation is chronic, GABA production tanks. GABA is the neurotransmitter that calms excitatory signaling. Without enough of it, your nervous system runs hot all the time. Everything feels like a threat. Social situations feel unsafe. Eye contact feels like confrontation. You overthink every word before you say it Then you drink. Alcohol binds to GABA receptors. Inhibitory tone floods back. Suddenly you're funny. Relaxed. Confident. Social. The person you always knew you were but couldn't access sober I was this guy for years. Couldn't talk to women without a drink. Couldn't relax at a party without 2 beers first. Sweating during basic social interactions. Built my entire social life around alcohol because it was the only way to feel normal What actually fixed it (not willpower, not "just stop drinking"): > Ate enough food. Red meat, potatoes, salt. Stopped chronic fasting which was keeping my body in survival mode and crushing GABA production > Fixed my gut. When the gut is inflamed, precursors to GABA don't get produced properly. Fix the gut, GABA comes back online > High dose agmatine. This was the single biggest shift in anxiety reduction I've experienced > Aspirin. Improved my temperature regulation (cold hands = low metabolic rate = low stress tolerance = anxious baseline) > Removed the triggers: chronic undereating, intermittent fasting, keto Sober me became the person drunk me used to be. Same confidence. Same humor. Same ease. No hangover If the only version of yourself you like requires alcohol to access, that person is real. The wall in front of him is biological. And it's fixable without a single drink I've written detailed guides on gut repair, GABA restoration, and everything I used to fix this on my substack. link in bio

Even a severely damaged liver can start to recover within weeks by removing a single dietary trigger. This trigger is not fat or alcohol. It is industrial starch, a hidden form of sugar commonly found in ultra-processed foods. It often appears on labels as maltodextrin.

The most fucked up thing about modern life is that being healthy requires you to actively fight everything around you The default food is poisoned. The default schedule destroys your sleep. The default stress level is chronic. The default medical system manages symptoms instead of finding causes. The default cooking oils are industrial waste. The default response to feeling like shit is a pill You have to FIGHT to eat real food. FIGHT to sleep properly. FIGHT to find a doctor who investigates instead of prescribes. FIGHT to avoid seed oils at every restaurant. FIGHT to manage stress in a world designed to keep your cortisol maxed 24/7 Your great-grandfather didn't do any of this. He ate what was available and it was real. He worked physically and slept because he was tired. His food came from soil that wasn't depleted. His stress was seasonal. His gut was intact because nothing was designed to destroy it You're not failing at health because you lack discipline. The entire system you live in is engineered to make you sick and sell you the cure Processed food creates inflammation. The doctor prescribes an anti-inflammatory. Seed oils wreck your hormones. The clinic prescribes TRT. Sugar crashes destroy your mood. The psychiatrist prescribes an SSRI. Each problem creates a customer I stopped fighting individual symptoms and started rejecting the whole system. Real food. Enough of it. No seed oils. Gut repair. Sleep Within months I felt like a different species. And I was just eating the way humans ate for 10,000 years before the last 50 fucked everything up The system is designed to make you a patient Opt out

Those who "died of COVID-19", died in hospitals due to hospital protocols intended to kill, so hospitals could collect obscene amounts of money for "COVID-19 deaths". Think Remdesivir. And then there are those who died because they were denied access to early treatments that worked. Think Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine. In other words, almost everyone who actually "died of COVID-19", was murdered. For money.
