F*cking irony. God gives me a potent brain that won’t fit my body and short circuits when I’m going full speed, writing ebooks, my newsletter, alternating on making songs, seeing bright colors, listening all the sounds around me at once, thoughts accelerating, while absorbing all all sensory information around me. I literally can’t filter anything until I it short circuits. Neurotypical people can usually down-regulate. Your brains have better brakes. Mine has weak brakes and a very powerful engine, so when my engine is revving too high for too long, the only options are meltdowns, it punishes me.

Here we go again… My brain and neurons are firing, literally going haywire. Performing at 200% while my body only can do 100% 💥 Overstimulated F*ing meltdowns
