@AskPlayStation my PlayStation 4 headset will not charge in rest mode on the PlayStation 5. I’ve tried all the different ports any ideas?

@AskPS_UK So what help are you exactly then? Can you get them to call me? The wait time is ridiculous!! Forgive me but it seems to come across as a purposeful move that the old headsets cannot be charged on the new console. I would hazard a guess that a brand new one would have no issues

@AskPS_UK my Sony wireless headset I used with PS4 won’t charge in rest mode on the PS5. Can’t find any information online and I’ve been on hold to the help number for nearly an hour!! Any ideas 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Nothing has been resolved the issue has been passed onto the manufacturer for one product and completely ignored for the other. Terrible customer service if you can avoid buying from this outfit please do

@preciouslittle1 Any chance of some actual help? The phone lines are only open 9-12 and you basically ignore all emails. We have numerous faulty products that we purchased and either need replacing or repairing!
