@rpondiscio That's great. BTW, you know that our educational system was superior when we had non-unionized and relatively unskilled teachers in one-room schoolhouses. Oddly, the more we pay teachers and spend on education, the worse outcomes are.

I’m in favor of raising teacher pay. But I’m unclear how this will “fix” education: is it that teachers are not working hard but will for a raise? Or that higher salaries will lure capable people from law, medicine, tech, etc.?

He shouldn’t be throwing 200 innings this year anyway.
Let him fill the Michael King role. 2-3 innings at a time every 3-4 days. Then back to the rotation by July.

@BeLikeBuhner @JeffPassan I feel like Kwan is over-valued by lots of fanbases. Had an OPS+ of 97 last year and so far this year is at 73. His near-absent power numbers would completely disappear in the cavernous park in Seattle.
