To be crystal clear: the scientific evidence shows pathology and damage in #LongCovid across all organs and body systems. LC is not a "disease of the brain". There are tests such as scans and biopsies that prove multi-system pathology. We need accurate reporting on this topic

There’s neuroscientific evidence that looking at beautiful things, esp. plants & pausing to take in the details can alleviate stress & lift mood. Found these in the garden just now-they’re in a pale blue Victorian ink bottle. Pause to give your brain a small rest 🧠🌿

As a couple of you know, I’m back in hospital. Have been here a week, some incredibly poorly moments where mum stayed with me overnight. Stabilised a little. Back in my usual room, usual ward (thankfully because although the staff on AMU were brilliant, being in a bay was hard)

He's too modest to say but @DeansKevin was awarded with this medal for a keynote lecture on GLP-1s I see him for nutrition/electrolyte issues, & hands down he's the best doctor I've ever had. He listens, cares, reads research. I feel like we're a team. Well deserved i think 🎉👏🏻

7weeks. Honestly the last few days have been very rough, to keep going. But they arranged for my HCA to bring me outside in my bed, the first fresh air I have breathed in 7weeks, there is no windows that open here, so the air was glorious, cold, fresh, alive. I heard a bird sing

@JasonS1269 Yes I’ve been like this intermittently over the last five years. Also had chest pain. Had some investigations nothing turned up. It is mostly when I’ve pushed too hard activity wise. Rest does help me.

Hey everyone, feeling really ill lately. My pulse has dropped into the 50s today (that's a 20bpm drop from my post-COVID normal). Getting super dizzy and vertigo when I stand up. Anyone dealt with similar heart issues? Share your experiences or tips? #HeartHealth #LongCovid
