I finally got my account back. Support does not exist, but the trick is being the most annoying piece of shit you can imagine by spamming tickets (a human will never reply) and employees' LinkedIn profiles (they will tell you to open a ticket, where no human replies). Only took them 8 days before they took me seriously, video unrelated
