@SpiritAirlines had us in their unorganized lines at ATL airport for two hours just to tell us they can’t do anything. My mom may miss seeing her brother for the last time before he is laid to rest. The staff is rude and the operational systems are in desperate need of repair.

Every time I book with @spiritairlines I am reminded of why I don’t fly with them. Me and my mother are had a flight to DFW to make it to my uncle’s funeral, only to have it canceled at the last minute. No reasonable accommodations. Who is the CEO of Spirit? #SpiritAirlines

Black lady expresses opinion about a woman (no age given) asking her to reach something in the market, bc she is tall…and the racism ensues. Also, this woman has morphed into a little old lady with a hunched back. I won’t be surprised if tomorrow she is in a wheelchair
