Part 5 🍿 (Final) The divorce took five months. That sounds fast unless you are the person living inside it. Then, five months is long enough to age a year every week. May was depositions. June was financial discovery. July was custody evaluation reports, attorney letters, and Paige trying three different emotional strategies in the parking lot after exchanges. First, she was sorry. Then she was angry. Then she was nostalgic.

The whole world was watching and waiting for us to fall. Mikel Artetas Arsenal stepped up and collected all 3 points. This is a different Arsenal. A poised one, a composed one and one ready to make history. LOCK IN ARSENAL NATION.

@CalebFromX He is another example on this podcast of how just because someone makes a point you agree with doesn’t mean everything they say (or do) is agreeable.

@Alarsenalnews_ Kepa is the Cup keeper, and everyone knows that. He got us there, he gets to play the final and whatever happens shouldn’t change that.

Sometimes the coach bases his selection on the opponent, but this Sunday will be a moment where doubts arise about who should be in goal between David Raya and Kepa Arrizabalaga. David Raya is currently the best goalkeeper in the Premier League, with 15 clean sheets, more than any other goalkeeper this season. And unbeaten run in the #CL. His reliability has kept Arsenal at the top of the league table after 31 games. He is a big character and has more experience facing Manchester City in domestic competitions. He's better making deadly saves to win for his team, strong and able to recover quickly from difficulties or pressure, very calm with the backline. Kepa Arrizabalaga’s inclusion in the team has improved squad depth this season, and he has pushed hard to convince fans that he deserves a starting role. He is a top, experienced goalkeeper who has played in many finals and won major titles. He is currently the most decorated player in the Arsenal squad. He has been the man in goal for all the Carabao Cup matches, helping the team reach the final this Sunday against Manchester City at Wembley. So far, he has kept 4 clean sheets. He is also a strong personality when it comes to penalties, which could be important on Sunday. If Mikel Arteta chooses Raya over Kepa and it backfires, people will say, “Kepa brought us this far, so why wasn’t he allowed to keep his place?” On the other hand, if Kepa is chosen over Raya and it goes wrong, people will say, “Raya is the main goalkeeper, so why wasn’t he trusted in such a crucial moment?” The real concern is that if the decision backfires, Arsenal fans may heavily criticize Arteta, and that pressure could affect the team in the remaining competitions. So, be sincere, between Raya and Kepa, who would you start on Sunday?

@1Walid1 Raya in the Leagues, Kepa for the Cups. That’s how it’s been, and that’s how it will remain.

No disputes Raya is by far the better keeper but dropping Kepa for the final would be bad management. Also sends a negative message to any future #2 that it’s irrelevant if you helped take us to the final, sit on that bench for the biggest game.

@omoelerinjare During severe dysregulation episodes, autistic people can display extreme and deliberate aggression (including acts of self harm), and often have superhuman strength. Have grace for others. Not every disability manifests the same way.

I have lived with an autistic adult trust me, that he knows what he is doing. Autism is not an excuse for this aggression. In an African home……I don’t wanna say much!!!

If you try calling a hotel because the website won't let you make the reservation, just warning you so you don't find out like I did, this makes the people at the hotel hate you at a level usually reserved for people who have historical periods named after them.

Twelve years ago, we promised children on a remote island in Lagos that we would build them a school. A promise we never imagined would become our most challenging journey. But this year, we kept it - and I am deeply fulfilled.💙 What began as an adventurous trip into some of Lagos’ most remote riverine communities - where hundreds of children played freely in the lagoon with no classroom or school in sight - became a 12-year commitment. We taught in small huts, supported local teachers, and never let go of the vision. Today, that journey stands as the Slum2School Green Academy: a fully eco-friendly school powered by solar energy, with rainwater harvesting and purification systems, waste-to-biogas technology, biodiversity learning areas, and staff quarters for teachers. Growing up, we were taught that our promise must always be our bond. Today, we proved that - to the children, the community, and ourselves. This project demanded sweat and sacrifice, relentless determination, and an unexplainable zeal to defy all odds and bring education to this community. My deepest gratitude to our incredible volunteers, board, staff, and partners @slum2school - including Biomerieux, HP, Norwegian Embassy, Universal Music Group, United Airlines, Lagos State Government through Epe Local Government and SUBEB, and many others whose support made the Slum2School Green Academy possible. Today, 250 deserving children are walking into their very first classroom, learning on full scholarship in a world-class learning environment built on dignity, sustainability, and the future. This is what happens when courage refuses to give up on children - and when we unite to ensure that even the most marginalized are given the very best. Our goal is to deepen partnerships with the private sector and government to ensure that every child in Nigeria and across Africa has access to quality education and that no child is left behind. We invite everyone to join us as we scale to new communities. Visit: slum2school.org/greenacademy to get involved and together, let’s build a world where every child can reach their full potential. 💙 #OttoOrondaam #Slum2School #GreenAcademy #Nigeria #Africa #EducationForAll
