The crisis in our politics in Kenya is that we have a heavy chunk of of an aging generation who suffers from nostalgia of the days gone by.
When we were young, we lived in council estates that had taps running and organic kitchen gardens to grow home food. An orphaned child would be taken care of by the extended family, and watched over by the larger society.
The nostalgia that permeates much of today's Kenya is no accident. We have lost faith in the future that once powered our optimism. We fight over what we have instead of what we can grow together.
I recommend the mind-blowing book 'Abundance', by Derek Thompson and Ezra Klein.
It will change your life.

Wewe @paulinenjoroge,
Don’t show your ignorance. If you go to the Kamkunji Grounds TODAY you will find the sports facility completed. You will find the amphitheater progressing.
This is where this function was facebook.com/share/1AxdXKE2…

Gachagua never accused the MOH, he accused you as an individual.
So stop using official government insignia on your petty responses.

Works along the Rironi–Naivasha–Nakuru–Mau Summit corridor are fully active, with 12 work teams deployed concurrently across multiple sections. Construction momentum is being maintained to keep traffic moving while accelerating delivery, with early 2027 set as the targeted completion timeline.
This corridor is a critical link between Nairobi, the Rift Valley, and Western Kenya. Faster movement, reduced congestion, and safer travel are already improving daily journeys for commuters, long-haul transporters, and businesses that rely on this route for trade and logistics.

@MRSMuruguu @JoeMakori2 @MKMurugu Stop arguing . The project has no contractor. The ongoing kalongolongo is to buy time
English

@JoeMakori2 @MKMurugu How shallow can you be? You think a project of its magnitude can be embarked on without the project design being approved? Familiarize yourself with the Rironi-Nakuru-Mau Summit project disclosures that were published by KeNHA, you can’t be loud and ignorant.

If I run for political office will you look beyond my tribe?
Will you listen to my ideas if I don’t join the political party of my tribe?
Do you care who is funding me and why?
Are you voting for me or are you voting against my opponent?
Are you aware that a bad voter is worse than a bad leader?

Over the 19-month period, a total of Ksh 27.5B in claims; across SHIF, POMSF, Teachers and ECCIF, was submitted under SHA. Of this, Ksh 18.18B has been processed and paid, accounting for 78% of all claims.
The remainder is neither hidden nor lost. Ksh 1.43B was rejected due to fraud-related issues. Ksh 2.36B was returned to facilities for correction due to incomplete or inaccurate submissions. These are not with SHA, but with the facilities themselves.
A further Ksh 5.58B is currently under clinical review, well within the contractual 90-day processing window.
On Primary Health Care, Ksh 1.15B has already been disbursed to 448 faith-based facilities, with all PHC claims cleared up to January.
These are the facts.

@oska202 @HonOscarSudi Hii yako ni bitterness. If you just work a little bit harder, you might just be like him. So instead of being bitter about another man's success, be as successful and appreciate the process. You can't even substantiate your 'theft' claims
