This is how I see the future coming. A lot of delays, dilution, complications, and excuses coming. The biggest excuse is this isn’t an ordinary otc stock so they needed so much more and ruined everything. This isn’t the first big deal. Then going to CE then .0001. $hiru

$hiru Happy Saturday morning! Just chiming in sharing some info for what its worth. Please explain your claim of "dilution".? That word is used too loosly & IMO many do not realize the definituon. Just for informative purposes see snaphot of the "dilution" definition as per the CFI corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/ In $Hiru case they brought in a $100 mill asset + $15 in cash. They came in at 0.0004 and the share price floated as high as 0.0045 range. Now in return they received a GRAND TOTAL of about 1,5 billion shares (mostly restricted) Let's call it 2 billion so we can disburse of all hair splitter readers! So now lets now do the math! Take any share price from 0004 to 0045 (from time Qatar came in $hiru end of July 2024) and see how many shares the AUSTRALIAN MINE SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD have received @ 0004? My calculations show 287.5 Billion & at 0045 i get 25.5 Billion. (Look at snapshot calculator). Even if we take the average of these 2 sums its still 156.5 billion shares that would need to be issued to "qualify as a dilution". (Meaning any shares above 156 billion original issued) (For the folks whos glass id alwaus half empty) NO THIS DOES NOT mean HIRU plans on issuing 156 billion shares! This is for demonstration purposes only to highlight & dismiss the dilution stance! IMO this management sees the big picture and is awaiting their uplistting & change of trade venue from OTC to NASDAQ where they will be issued the shares that are still owed to them. (Just for some perspective on this matter as a HIRU shareholder if you still feel you are being "diluted" imagine and put yourself in the Australian mine stakeholders and shareholders shoes). Heck toss in the 2,8 billion shares from the failed water pack ops for good measure! So on summary mine ops received 2 billion shares and lets allocate the 2,8 billion as "bad investment". So approx 4.8b and was the TOTAL benefit to Au mine shareholders but they are due MINIMUM 156! Let that sink in for a second! So Now moving forward, in addition to this existing mine ops the co just officially announced they are targeting a construction type business with millions $$ in assets and revs. (They even told you the owners name Shaikh Kalid Al Thani $hiru ceo) IMO thats another 150 mill asset.. ohhh and its audited BTW ! The man is literally transferring probably IMO $1 Billion in assets and he's saying "ill do it no strings attached but I'm NOT paying these stupid lawyer accounting & merger fees). It is not fair reasonable or even conceivable that the incoming merger pays the surviving entities fees & get $0.00 Cash & or shares in the deal. It is almost too good to be true! Even the SEC & OTC took weeks to find an "angle". THERE ISN'T ANY! $HIRU IS A REAL DEAL WITH A WIN WIN MINDSET!! Accept it or move on is my only suggestion! Call any lawyer and auditor see what they charge! $1 to $1,5 mill in fees in the norm in a deal of this size. To summarize $hiru is paying the closing costs ONLY & reaping the reward of ADDITIONAL $100 MILL ASSET! Last time it did the same type of a deal $hiru ran from 0004 to 0025 & 0045 on 2 separate occasions! (July to Nov 2024) Look it up! Don't take our word for it! Will it repeat same? Maybe? We don't know! Its a stock market! By all accounts it should! So now to answer the other question of valuation..In OTC optics is everything.! There are folks here that are distorting facts non stop and spewing non sense with hidden agenda. Thats 1 MAIN reason the TRUE valuation is not being reflected. Its being thwarted by an organized group.
