@OTGexp This was at newark at saison. The quality of the food PURCHASED for preparation is bad. Nothing front line staff can do about it but prepare it as best as possible.

60.00 for a steak and potatoes where the steak never heard of salt and pepper, the quality of the cut is horrible, the peppercorn sauce is separating. The potatoes are DEFINITELY boxed. @OTGexp you’re abusing a captive audience. Mediocre at best

The @OTGexp in EWR Terminal C has a certain cocktail on their Specials. I ordered one. They don’t have the required liquor. 🙄

@OTGexp Newark airport Global Bazaar Food Hall absolutely terrible service. The staff there is rude and argumentative. Not just once but during multiple trips to EWR. Terminal C Flip Flop location. All attendants in that area same bad behavior.

Hey @OTGexp the sandwiches at your CIBO express airport locations are ASS. Your sandwiches come with literally no meat, and even when I pick a sandwich with no mayo, the bread is still somehow soggy. If I were on an island and all I had was your sandwiches, I guess I’d just die.

@OTGexp @LGAairport @pepsi After 40 minutes of searching I finally found one in terminal C. Very few and far in between to find more variety of Pepsi products. Lots of Coca Cola.

@LGAairport needs to step up their game. Not one sit down restaurant with charging ports. Not one vendor who sells full line of @pepsi products. When flights are delayed 4+ hours…one should be able to sit, eat, and use their laptops.

@LGAairport Terminal C. Finally located one place/bar to sit down and eat with access to a laptop charger for a four hour flight delay. Definitely need to step up the game and have more @pepsi products.

@EWRairport I purchased a tomato sandwich at the newsstand by Gate C-108 this morning. It was at least a week old, inedibly stale, and horribly disgusting. I was literally unable to eat it. You should not allow vendors to sell garbage like that to a forced captive audience.

The cibo express takeover with self checkout is fine if you want basically ANYTHING other than a hot beverage but I have to imagine a decent number of flyers want coffee or tea.... @newark

$2.75 for a single banana feels like price gouging @ewrairport. While a banana is maybe 20 cents at the grocery store, I tolerate $1.25 from an NYC bodega. $1.50 seems like it should be the max at an NYC area airport
