New: Kalamazoo, Michigan Shooting Leaves 4 Hospitalized After Early Morning Fight On Saturday, around 3:15 a.m., Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to shots fired in the 2700 block of West Michigan Avenue, finding a 19-year-old man shot in the heel and grazed. Three more men (two 23-year-olds with foot wounds, one 23-year-old with a stomach wound) sought hospital treatment; a 21-year-old had minor debris injuries. All expected to recover. One has been arrested on weapons charges, two additional people are of interest from the incident.
