
Unbelievable response from @MicrosoftHelps! After confirming my account was hacked (Service Request SIR23515317), they basically told me: "Your files are gone, and if you want to play #Minecraft, go buy it again on a new account."
Is this how you treat victims of cyber-theft? Asking them to pay twice for your security failure? This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
