@mirgray @mamam00se @OttawaParamedic This paramedic thinks the story is the loss of life when potentially lifesaving care didn't arrive when it should have. And that it will happen again unless we act. The available information doesn't tell us whether it would have a difference here, but it will sooner or later.

@mamam00se @ottawalevelzero @OttawaParamedic Mainly because it looks like instant response would have made no difference. The trauma to paramedics trying to respond is the story (the parents said as much before requesting privacy).
