HOA bans American flags for being "triggering."
This is illegal.
This violates the 2005 Freedom to Display the American Flag Act.
Federal law protects your right to fly the U.S. flag on your property.
HOAs can only make reasonable rules on size/placement. Not ban it.
If your HOA tries to ban it, heres what to do:
Cite the 2005 Act and refuse to comply.
Document everything.
Send a cease-and-desist via attorney.

Residents in Trinidad, Texas are complaining it looks like the Trinity River is flowing from their water taps
This woman Jennifer Combs has been raising awareness online
🚨 Trinidad Police arrested her and charged her with a state jail felony for “false alarm or report,” claiming the post could cause panic or fear of bodily harm related to public water supply
But the problem is real, and it’s been reported by a lot of people
She spent a night in jail, and views it as an “extreme stretch” and retaliation for speaking out
Here’s the thing, I look d it up and the water problem is well documented and has been going on for a long time
Trinidad has confirmed long-standing problems with its aging infrastructure, their pipes from the 1950s
Residents regularly share photos and videos of heavily discolored brown and yellow water coming from taps, bathtubs, and sinks
They even had a boil water notice issued on April 21, 2026 due to low chlorine residuals
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (has received complaints and has an ongoing investigation
But a journalist got arrested for trying to bring awareness..
The police chief has defends the arrest. He should be fired

The Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church at 65 Ellis Street East in downtown Windsor, Ontario, built in the early 1960s by the Greek community, listed on the municipal heritage register, a true landmark, has fallen.
The Orthodox congregation moved out in 2018.
The building was sold.
It officially reopened on January 17, 2020, as Masjid Al-Berr.
10,000 square feet of a former Christian sanctuary.
Two floors.
1.1 acres with massive parking.
Now home to five daily prayers, Jumaas, full-time Quran memorization programs (adults, kids, women), Tafseer, Hadith, Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah lessons, Tajweed classes, marriage contracts, family counseling, and daily Fatwas...(OF COURSE - FATWAS)
